Subscriptions start from CHF 119/month (START, 0.5 hrs), CHF 249/month (BUSINESS, 1.5 hrs) and CHF 449/month (PRO, 3 hrs), excl. 8.1% VAT. Minimum term 3 months. With an annual subscription you get 2 months free (you pay for 10 and receive 12).
We monitor uptime 24/7 and are alerted immediately. We keep regular backups, so we can quickly restore the website to a working version. We prevent problems through updates and security, but step in with priority whenever needed.
Yes. The STANDARD packages and above include small changes (text, images, pages). Larger changes are quoted separately, but subscription clients receive priority and preferential rates.
No. We also take over the maintenance of WordPress / WooCommerce websites built by others. We start with an audit to establish the current state and what needs to be done.
Backups are stored securely and separately from the server (in the cloud), so they remain available even if the server has problems. The frequency (monthly, weekly, daily) depends on the package.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time, depending on how your website develops. If you launch an online shop, for example, we switch you to the ECOM package.
